i]all of the following:

1.   Your name
2.   The reason(s) you think you fulfill the eligibility criteria
3.   At least one entry for the Free Reed Special Volume of the Uxbridge English Dictionary*. Each entrant may provide up to 5 new definitions which would be of interest to the melodeon/accordion/concertina playing community. A prize will be awarded at the meal for the best/funniest/wittyest new definition.
4.   A valid e-mail address, so that I can confirm your booking and also notify you of any last-minute changes. Your e-mail address will be kept completely confidential and not made available to anyone else.

Places will be allotted on a 'first-come, first-served' basis (providing all the criteria are met). Even if you have previously expressed an interest in this event you still need to book by following all the instructions above. This applies to both M@W attenders and their guests. So - to avoid disappointment, don't delay, get writing those new definitions today!

We had a great time, as usual!
Once again, congratulations to the winners and many thanks to all who participated and sent in competition entries.
The full set of results can be seen in the PDF file attached (I hope).
