Playing a B flat accordion, he starts the tune in F then switches to B flat half way through. Particularly on this song "Petit ou la Grosse" I have seen players go to E flat on a 10 key box. (Keith Frank springs to mind). That's 3 keys on a one row box.
The equivalent on a D one row would be playing in the keys of A, D and G.
