Title: Upload limit reached?
Post by: IanD on March 13, 2009, 07:20:26 PM
I just tried posting another MP3 (<200kB) and got a message that the upload limit had been reached -- is this because of the MP3s I posted earlier?

If so, is this a "per-day" limit, or "per-user", or "per-topic", or "per-board", or "per-forum" ?

I've upped the limit for the global total of uploaded files, but there is a limit of 256k for an individual file.

If you want to post large files please use one of the free hosting services and post a link.

you can upload a soundfile to a hosting site like http://www.soundlantern.com/index.do then link to it. solves the problems of large file sizes taking up limit.
