Title: Middlewich Folk & Boat Festival

This is an excellent folk festival with loads of great concerts and some wonderful Morris dancing

15th of June. 'Tis a very good festival, but I haven't been able to make it the past few years. Maybe this year....

I'll agree with that, 13th to 15th of June 2008. We did it in 2006 with our lot and enjoyed it.

I also had quite a night in the King's Lock pub at Middlewich this time last year whilst bringing our just purchased narrow boat from Stoke on Trent to the North West. Two other musicians were helping us and we played in the pub that night until the IPA intake disconnected our fingers from our brains.... I remember it well.

Our morris side, "The Earl of Stamford Morris" has been invited for the 2008 season.
