Hi all
I am still looking for this Hohner Erica which was stolen out of my tent at one of the Rochdale Ruchcart weekends, probably in the 1990s.
The cloth behind the grill is made up of strips of red, black and white material sewn together. The bass end strap has some stamped tooling. If you take the treble end grill off, there are a couple of tin tacks nailed in for the emergency elastic band repair on the fly.
This was my first melodeon, the money to buy it was lent to me by Sue Irwin who is sadly no longer with us.
I should very much like to have it back if possible. I realise it may now be in unwitting hands who purchased it in all innocence and naturally I not expect anyone to be out of pocket. Any information relating to it's recovery (no questions asked) will be gratefully received.
