Anybody know of a good irish trad music 'station' online? Maybe one that plays tunes, with links out to purchase what you like etc? AccuRadio and TuneIn both seem pretty fluffy.

You could try Raidio na Gaeltachta online. A lot of really good traditional music, and often the names of the tunes/CDs would be in English. There are obviously a few chat/magazine etc programmes but a very high proportion of music. Ceol Binn o Na Beanna at 7pm GMT, for example, first rate ceol traidisuinta from all periods.

Radio Kerry's programme "Danny's Trip to the Cottage", presented by Danny O'Mahony - fine player himself - is available as podcasts. Listen when you have the time:

I was really impressed with Trip to the Cottage podcast - does anyone know if this program is broadcast without ads? or do they just take the ads out for the podcast?
