Title: Great service from Microvox

A fault developed on my Microvox PSU, where one of the two mic channels was lost (fault only found during a pre-gig sound check!!!). I suspect it had run out of its nine lives after regularly falling off my belt onto the floor!

After a quick exchange of emails with Rachel @Microvox, it was sent off for repair at the beginning of this week.

It arrived back fully repaired today - no charge! No even shipping.
