If you've seen Squeezy play one of these Lucia's (https://www.ebay.de/itm/Akkordeon-Hohner-Lucia-Knopfakkordeon-chromatisch-1930er-Jahre-37-48-Bass/303088382217?hash=item469179b109:g:jGwAAOSwVh9cgNVp) converted to DG, then you'll know the potential.
Apologies if posting German Ebay items is not what's desirable here, but it seems to me that this is a great instrument ripe for conversion.
Also apologies to anyone here that is already bidding on it, you probably wanted it left unannounced. Just hoping that someone here will be tempted.
As far as I know it is a 2 voice chromatic system.
And here's John Spiers playing his converted version (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18BOajlCT0I)

It's on my watch list, and I was rerunning his videos as you typed it!

Presumably C griff based on the button colouration layout. Interesting because Squeezy's button are for B griff, or are, at least, the other way around. A versatile and desirable instrument if used as a CBA, too.

Fancy that, a Hohner Amati IIB (CBA, 32 bass) just appeared for relatively cheapsies in the local facebook marketplace.
This must be the chromatic season.

I'm not bidding for it. Good luck!

Went for 350€ ... PHEW

Were you bidding?

Closely watching but that was too much money for my taste.

Much the same here

FATHER'S DAY today in Spain,
and I just won that nice little HOHNER LUCIA 3 row CBA ...
well, we got it on sunday, but it was intented for today ...
About "price" and "value" there's no way all can agree,
and yes, there was a £300 bid 20 seconds before closing the bidding, and then we got it for 1 more euro,
so at least someone valued it similarly to our valuation ...
Now on it's way Mike Rowbotham to have a serious review and decide the overhaul it will need ...
In 2015 a HOHNER LUCIA was sold on the accordionists website for £750, if I remember rightly, but I missed it ...
And I have been waiting more than 3 years for another one to show up ...
If one really wants such an accordion, 37 treble 3 rows 2 voice + 48 (12x4) bass, 3.9 kilograms,
it's not easy to find one ... and a similar custom made one is very expensive, and always between 5 and 7 kilograms,
I know this because I've been shopping around for a custom one ...
Of course there are similar light little accordions on the market, but all with 1 voice treble, and not cheap, ...
Of course, ymmv ...

Ooooh, congratulations, Corinto! We all hope you'll share some audio and video once it got its haulover. :)

I had hoped it would go to a melnetter.
