The Harpers Frolic and Bonny Kate set works fine for me.
Nice, clear and steady playing, Lester.  (:)

Works fine for me. Quickly glancing at the ABC, appears not to have Bass notation. This would be useful. I notice on video that Lester puts in some Em (or is it Bm).

For clarity, I put up a video called Lester's Big Set which YouTube objected to so I removed it and deleted the post in this thread.

Re. bass notation, as my basses are basic and variable I don't include then and leave people to make their own choices.

Sorry that Youtube turned down the appeal and then didn't explain anything. That is, unfortunately, par for the course - as I suspect you have discovered/already knew. Cutting your losses on it on youtube is probably the right choice. If you think it could help people to hear it given the state of things, you could probably put the video on something else and escape youtube's wrath. Google photos or dropbox maybe?

There's plenty of other powder in my shot locker so will fill in with something else. More tomorrow.

Vimeo is nice. I don't use it much now, because the potential audience is so much smaller than YouTube's.

I've had an message from Youtube, saying that as they've heavily reduced their human reviewers in number, for safety in the current health situation, that they may accidentally delete perfectly acceptable material by mistake, as they can't make the checks as well as they'd like (they'd rather block too much, than let something bad through, I think).

I really appreciate your youtube posts, Lester - they provide such a great resource - please don't stop.

Mona's Delight brought back the memory of trying to do 'treepling'  (I think that's what the stepping was called) to that tune when doing that Manx dance back in the 8o's with Reading Step Dancers - a lovely and very knowledgeable group of musicians and dancers. BTW, am I right in remembering John of Paris as also being called 'The Old 95' or am I having yet another brain-scrambling moment?!

This is a heavily modified Pokerwork. It is fitted with a single, flat mounted reeds on the treble, the basses are single voice and the chords are thirdless. The reeds came from a set I bought which came from a Saltarelle.
The tune is Bonny at Morn

Another Set

Micheal Turner's Waltz* and Albert's Last Dance (c Andy Cutting)

* Yes I know Micheal Turner only collected it in his Sussex Tune Book, and I know Mozart wrote it down in 6 German Dances KV 536 and I suspect he just nicked it of some passing German peasant
