Anybody have any idea what one of these would be like?  Badged Castiglione - made by whom?

It`s certainly cheap enough, I'd ring and ask them , if it`s a polverini made one then it`s a bargain !! . the great thing about steirisches is that as far as I know there aren`t any Chinese ones so the lowest quality ones may not be magnificent but aren`t totally dire ..

Is it an E/A/D (less useful but interesting if you have more common tuned boxes) or C/F/Bb ? they`re not clear .

I would try emailing Castiglione himself with the link, and ask him which factory was making those. His email is on his website.

Isn't Castiglioni Accordions in Warren, Michigan? A long way from Baltimore.

Yes, but the box in question is at Bills Music - just outside Baltimore.
