workshops in Lancashire, February 2008
« on: November 22, 2007, 11:13:10 AM »

Alan Bell has asked me to mention on this forum that the annual Folkus residential weekend at Waddow Hall, near Clitheroe, on February 8 - 10, 2008, will feature two melodeon tutors, myself and the excellent, Tony Hall-influenced Joshua Jackson expert Robin Shepherd.  I think the plan is for Robin to teach basic level and me advanced.

This weekend includes teaching for a variety of instruments, and last year the box players were in something of a minority, but we had a fine time.  Residential places are limited - I'm not sure what the situation is re. day tickets - so get in early if you're interested.

There's a pdf of the publicity leaflet at (follow link to "Waddow Hall booking form"), and if you need any more details I suggest you contact Alan via the routes given on that page.

Hope to see some of you there,

I've linked this to the calendar.

Made a mistake first time and linked it to today (November 22nd)  but it is also linked to the correct date.
