"H" Note?

Can anyone help with the "H" note on the following advert.

In Germany the letter H is used to represent what is B natural in English, the letter B represents the B♭

I understand that JS Bach's music contains repeated 4 note motifs running "B♭ACB" (far more than might be expected by chance).  That doesn't impress much  in English, or even frankly musically, but it does spell BACH in the German music notation of the time 

    
 
Numerous other German composers have used the trick since - particularly when improvising/arranging on the Old Master's themes!  Similarly Simon Jeffes's freaky composition, when John Cage died in 1992

   

But I digress - no H there  :|glug

Similarly Shostakovitch has his signature D-S-C-H all over many of his works. E flat is written "Es" in German - say it out loud and it's like 'S'. D Sch short for Dimitri Shostakovitch.
