Would be nice if there were rentals in the UK.  If there are, I don't know of such.

An alternative approach would be to ask if some kind soul nearby would be willing to lend you an instrument for exploratory purposes.

I'm considering ordering a Gaillard box. Are there any kindly souls in the NJ,USA area willing to lend me one for exploratory purposes?  ;D  ;)  :||:

I have been toying with having a go at the concertina, in fact.  I didn't realise it was so Sharks and Jets.  :)

 C-net is quieter than here with a lot less noise banter.

Definitely - I just tried my pasty tax remembrance tune, Osbornes Mistake, on my anglo - and its a stonker!  >:E

I am doing the taster session at M&M on a borrowed 'tina.  So that is all in hand. 

I would ideally like to be one of these vaunted "multi-instrumentalists" everyone goes on about.  Much practice to do yet.  ;)
