I've not seen the error for a couple of months now. Using Firfox  on Mac, and also fine on iPhone and iPad.

I get it on my MacBook on Yosemite/Chrome, my iMac on Mavericks/Chrome/Firefox and my workshop laptop Win7/Chrome/Firefox.

The common factor seems to be Chrome.

I was wondering if having Chrome installed on the same PC might cause problems to show up in FF?  Both do a lot if clever stuff I the background.
Some people who have had similar problems have resolved them by restarting their router.

I get this on most machines, go back to the homepage and then load it up again, sometimes works!!!

If you get this frequently it is well worth while restarting your router, and clearing caches and restarting your browser.   I used to see this error quite frequently, but have not seen it for some weeks now.  My access is no different to anyone elses, and my internet connection is on the slow side.

I have had this problem for the last day and a half. When I try to post a message with an attachment (a PDF file only 22 kb in size), I get this error message.

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

It only occurs when I try to attach this PDF file (although I haven't tried to post any other attachments). There have been no problems with my other posts that do not contain attachments. All the posts that failed (five or six in all with similar messages and the same attachment) were to the "Building a Repertoire" thread. The most recent one was at 8.01 pm this evening.

I have tried clearing my cache, switching off my computer and starting it up again, but without success. I don't know whether it is relevant, but my O.S. is Windows 8.1, my web browser is Google Chrome and I am on superfast broadband. Any advice would be most welcome.

Bob, please email me a copy of the pdf and I'll see if I can get to the bottom of this.  Also please let me have the time this happened so i can look up the error log.
