Very sound stuff, indeed.  I might observe that this is not a simply some honest  punter showing off his technique.  A bit of URL hacking shows it to be within from the Saltarelle Web site, one suspects designed to show off the speed of  their Le Bouëbe stepped keyboard kit (see parallel thread)!

This mec (bloke) is clearly pretty good at what he does although this otherwise cool and laconic bourrée  is an unusual choice to show this off. I note that the keyboard will go as rapidly as I'd ever want to push it (that's actually the rule for most of the Saltarelles I've tried).  I've personally never wanted a melodeon to respond any faster than that  ;)
