I thought this might be of interest.

http://www.carinidena.com/ is their website - if you need a lot of specialist Italian melodeon parts you can browse their online (and very nerd rewarding) catalogue.  I have ordered some stuff from them before - they have some rather high minimum orders for parts, but they are actually very easy to deal with.  Don't try their online ordering though - it just doesn't work - you need to email them with catalogue numbers and have a vague knowledge of italian to decipher the catalogue - but they speak English quite well.

Unfortunately they don't have any felt washers for melodeon buttons!

Yes they stock just about every part you can think of.  Nice people to deal with too.  I get most of my spare parts from them.
