In keeping with this season's fashion you could of
course always paint your box fluorescent yellow.

.. or you could of course just buy a vanderAa "Condor"

:P

Yup, that`s the way - make your top notch Bespoke Boutique box look like a Hohner Compadre !! (and a Dual colour one at that !)  .. Hohner go out of their way to make a Pokerwork look "Italian" (the Morgane) and now we`ve got totally the reverse in the Condor (though Dutch rather than Italian) - Rather like Versace doing a line of Dorothy Perkins copies  ;D..

I have to say Chris that if I could afford one of Frans's Boxes, (and I dearly wish I could) , I`d go for the finish you did or a nice dark natural walnut and worry about security later - lets face it I`m not that far from Liverpool either, they`d nick a real compadre around here let alone a "fake" Boutique one  ::)

I am pretty dead-set on a small GPS tracking device to compliment my pen marks in my box, something like that tile would be good...  8)

No No, that's not Lester's shed, it's a secret listening post, part of GCHQ and quite near to Bletchley Park. If I'm not mistaken.  8)

Spookily I did my apprenticeship with the Board of Trade in Block D in Bletchley Park and we had the Apprentice Club in Hut 6 the main centre for decoding the German air force and army messages. But this was in 1970/73 before anyone knew all the stuff we know now.

pretty much what i did with my hohner 'abstract expressionist' Erica, decided i wanted a Jackson Pollock style melodeon, so splattered it in various different colours and signed the inside.

some b*gger still nicked it !, but someone found it again in a second hand shop and i was able to ID it with the police.

seems people will nick anything, even when its completely de-valued by arty teenagers  8)
