Hi,

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.  Up until a couple of days ago when visiting the site the forum display was headed by my avatar and then options for unread posts since last visit and replies to topics I've posted in.   All was lovely... I pretty much always skipped straight to the 'unread posts' link 'cos it was very useful.  Now it's not there anymore and I can't find an obvious way to restore it - the plus sign '+' that toggles this part of the display is not showing up in my browser.

For now I'm changing the url to 'http://forum.melodeon.net/index.php?action=unread' which does the same thing, but if anyone can point me in the right direction to fix this it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

This sounds like a browser problem.
Try the following:
Clear browser cache and browser history
Restart browser
If that does not help then try clearing browser cookies, but that will end any 'permanent' logins you are using.
