I'm in the UK, so unlikely to be able to help but, what colour scheme is the stolen model?

Got a good lead on this instrument (pic of the person playing it on his facebook page) spent a bunch of time getting a runaround with the police dpt, but it looks like they are making a real attempt finally to find out where the person lives and get the instrument.
It was hard for the police to ignore the facts that I had found ; the persons name , his brother names, the college he was attending, what he was studying, city he lived in and how long he had had it.
Once I have it back I will post the details ,it is very unlikely he reads this forum, but I don't want to take any chances.

Well the person who had the accordion (I'm about 90% certain he was the thief) walked into the only shop in San Francisco that deals with accordions looking to get a repair, they called me ,and then I called the police. The police have it now pending a hearing, so I should have it back soon.
Here is the guys facebook profile if he has not taken it down  https://www.facebook.com/pedro.orozco.92123  and yes that is the accordion. ,ser # matches and all.

So I got the instrument back last month.
I was not able to figure out who the thief was. The people who stole it made a fake receipt and sold it cheap to the guy who had it.
I am pretty sure the guy who bought it new it was hot, but looked the other way as it was cheap...his loss.
