Top Hats

Some time ago some one posted on the scarcity of reasonably priced top hats ( I've got a feeling it was Thrupennybit ). Well, I've found a place in Brighton that does them at what seems reasonable prices, £30 for a 6'' crown, £40 for an Issenbard Brunell...I'm not sure if it's allowed to advertise the outlet here, if it is then perhaps Theo will give me the word and I will. Failing that just PM me. I should add that I have no interest in the shop or in owning a top hat. I am still reasonably sane and not a morrisman. :||: ;)

Can't see any great problem with naming the supplier, since there is a lot of Morris people here. If you do, I will pass it on to a couple of more Morris specifc forums.

If Theo wanted to transfer the thread to the Sandbox after a few days, I guess that would be quite reasonable.

Not that I need one, myself.

 :|blJust got a well deserved bollocking from Theo, of course top hats have nothing to do with melodeons, but a previous poster HAD asked for help in acquiring one on Melnet  and I was trying to be helpful....feel a bit silly now....
