Fixed, YouTube have changed, again, the method of publishing to make sure the video goes to Google+ where no one will ever see it  ;)

It's almost as if playing on a toy melodeon is a secret sin, not to be shared  :|bl

My new toy melodeon just arrived in the mail. It sounds terrible! Very weak and playing it is toil.

Is there anything I can do to make it go better?

I revalved my before doing my video because it sounded awful. New valves and it only sounded bad  (:)
Careful choice of tune with equal pushes and pulls overcomes the crap air button positioning.

The quick way is to take it apart (4 pins), take out the treble block and tape off one bank of reeds.

Or you could replace the bellows and fit German or Italian reeds, but that takes a bit longer.

When Sheepshearing's Done on my old toy melodeon. There are no basses , or air button, and each key is an L shaped bit of metal which includes the pallet.

Yeah but it still sounds great even when you're struggling against the box! ;D

Hmmm! no new posts since 8th of May; I think I'm probably safe to close this and move to the next theme! Late posts as always very welcome; just stick 'em on the end here.
