Blimey Carolynn, Mum didn't say you'd taken up the melodeon! Welcome to the forum. I'd offer to give you lessons, but I'm rare down south these days. However, if you're ok using Skype, I'd thoroughly recommend Mel Biggs at www.melodemon.co.uk Mel's a fantastic teacher and a great player. Alternatively, Owen Woods (www.melodeonmusic.com) is based in Cambridge, and may be willing to give you lessons. He may be along here to say yay or nay, but he's a phenomenal player.

East Anglian Traditional Music Trust are running classes at three levels in Stowmarket this term. Less than an hour's drive, four sessions per term, fourteen years experience ... have a look on our website eatmt.org.uk if you want to know more, or email me at info@eatmt.fsnet.co.uk

Thank you for the recommendation Ollie! I'd be more than happy to discuss Skype tuition with you Carolynn. It's so easy and effective - see what some of my students have said about it:
