It was indeed fortunate that NCB was so generous to offer this concertina up for free to the person with the highest IQ on melnet  ;)

I have been looking for a concertina to hone my fettling skills on and this little box offers me just that as it is need of TLC in the shape of valves, pads, and tuning. My intention, once I have fixed it up, to once again offer it up to a new home as the prize in a competition.
