MADE YE A TENNER DONATION THEO HELP WITH SITE,, HAVENT SOLD ANYTHING BUT HAD PLENTY HELP WITH INFO OVER YEARS, AND AFTER ALL ITS STATE PENSION THE DAY.. BETTER TO GIVE HERE THAN DONATE TO PRINCE ANDREWS DEVELOPMENT FUND.

Fungusface's post made me think. While I have made donations in the past on the two occasions when I have sold an instrument through melodeon.net, I kind of take melodeon.net for granted. It is always there, it is extremely informative and useful and I would miss it immensely, if it wasn't there.

But I don't do anything to support it financially (other than donations following sales.) I have no idea how much it costs to run, but it concerns me that Theo and Clive may be out of pocket. So, conscience pricked and small donation made. I shall try and remember to do so again at occasional intervals.

I echo fungusface in his sentiments that I to have had much valuable info but have not yet made a contribution, can I take it that, if the need ever did  arise for further funds to run or improve the forum that a general request a top up  would be posted

Indeed it would.  But just ton re-state we have no need for extra donations for the foreseeable future.
