Treat

What a rare treat whilst on the bus and on my way to work.

Morris Dancers, performing outside a pub in South East London. Two were playing boxes and one dancing.

And the ladies were at the back, standing in the sunshine and looking pretty.

Just wish I could have stayed to listen.  :'(

Brave? Foolish? Satirical?

Are you saying Political Correctness forbids appreciation of the opposite sex, jb?

I'm pleased that a sight from a bus gladdened the heart Ron.

Well, if it was a Saturday lunchtime (not sure why you'd be going to work then) and in the vicinity of Lee High Road then it was Greenwich Morris joining the ladies side Dacre Morris on their annual Beating of the Bounds around the Dacre estate. If it wasn't, then it wasn't.

Whilst doing the the marathon on Sunday I passed a morris clog side on a makeshift stage somewhere or other on route.
A hot day and severval miles later I have forgotten who they were!

Can anybody help.

Also - anybody know if anybody has done the marathon whilst playing a box or any instrument for that matter.

I appreciate the ladies, same as the next man. Politically Correct.. I'm not.
