Has there been a thread or database regarding melodeon themed artwork?

Interesting this idea  :D  Cause I've been saving some photos like this in my computer in the last times. I can post some here.  (:)
Much content I took in a Russian website. Like this Russian painting here

Another interesting from Russia  (:)
The baby sleeping over their traditional GARMOSHKAs (the way that they call the melodeon, garmon the oficial name, and garmoshka like a diminutive).
The most used there, like this model in the photo with 25 bass buttons.

My last photo was erased/deleted. Certainly by our managers here: Clive or Theo. I believe the photo was considered offensive or brooking the rules. So I should immediately present my sorries.  :-X
I found funny the photo. Didn't find offensive (if was, I wouldn't have even saved it here at the computer). A photo totally respecting the theme: melodeon "art". The photo had nudity.

The concept of A.R.T involve nudity. How many pantings we have in our history full of nudity? So.... ART.
Leonardo Da Vinci painted the "Monalisa", the "Last Supper" but also painted so many images full of nudity. Including the male and female genitalia very detached, and these paintings are very respected around the planet. Always were and always will be. I didn't hope had a photo reproved just cause it had female breasts. I was talking about ART, humor, and the photo has an accordion, apart the breasts.

I hoped be invited to delete the photo myself, politely after an advice that it would be offending our content or rules here, and with an appropriate justification about it wouldn't be inside our topic "melodeon art" or why it were offensive exactly. But that's o.k... I will try to contribute with the topic in a more behaved or conservative way.

Cheers  :|glug :||:

* replacing so the photo deleted, in a politely way, by a photo with an Asian girl, zero nudity and carrying her melodeon.  ;)

My last photo was erased/deleted....

Well, it was a PA and not a melodeon - fair cop, I'd say.

Humm, I don't know, I feel the reason was the nudity. And not just cause a piano accordion. We have so many posts here talking about piano accordions also, and all of them active. For example this, very recent: forum.melodeon.net/index.php/topic,16512.0.html
::) I feel that those huge fallen boobs were considered offensive!  :o
 ;D ;D ;D

That's o.k, just our managers can clarify about the REAL reason. About be a piano accordion in the photo unlike a little melodeon I don't believe.  ::)

It is, of course, entirely up to you to believe whatever you want to. I was irritated by your strong words about russians and alcohol. And there was not even a melodeon in the accompanying picture to excuse its evident lack of artisanship.

This discussion seems to have run out of useful relevant material so we will end it here
