I can't figure out how to quit but I will no longer check this group and have deleted all shortcuts to it.

ACE
I saw a clip on TV the other night of a woman standing on her hands, holding a bow and arrow with her feet and firing successfully at a target.
This might seem like a conundrum for you, but for us 'down under' it is a bit ho-hum.
I think if you stood on your head to play, then gravity would take care of the problem. It might seem difficult at first but I'm sure you would quickly adapt.
Cheerio
Tony

That at first glance seemed a possibility. Then I realised when gravity kicked in the family jewels would be at risk. Now it is one thing reading in the daily star of 'accidents' with a hover, but they would have a field day with it pleated in the bellows of an instrument whilst standing on my head playing a hornpipe.

The "bits in mangles" injury used to be commonplace in rural scotland, according to the old surgeon who taught me A&E. "och, terrible, terrible injuries" … he would remenisce. Fortunately we all have front loading automatics now ::)

As a 25 year beardie I can report no problems, other than the odd reed mysteriously jamming, but I keep mine short.

The perfect cure is a beard sock...
Are you sure? I seem to recall it on our tune list.

Sorry, I just keep the beard trimmed.  No colour issues, it's pure white now!

A. Brush it down flat on your chest, then button shirt over it.

B. Learn to play behind your back.
