I have very faint recollections of hearing of a separate dealership called Koch. It's a common name "Cook".

I sink zis is vunn reason, vy I preferrr zis forum over ze german melodeon forum: here a bunch of elderly gentlemen gets carried away chattering amiable nonsense, whereas on ze german forum zere is order und any coze is stopped and closet by the mods at vunns or isolatet und sent into a schpecial sread.

Ah that explains it, thought we had been experiencing a long series of earth tremors but it must have been Nick being given the bumps  ;)
