Long standing folk stalwarts '
Life and Times' rencently completed a farewell series of shows and have gone their separate ways after over thirty years of making and performing music together at festivals, clubs and dance venues all over the country. Many of the songs and tunes they performed were self penned in the folk idiom and well received at live shows and on CD recordings.
Graeme Meek means to continue writing songs and tunes and would welcome another musician (and possibly composer) to share the next stage of his musical journey. The emphasis would
probably move away from quite as many live performances but he's not sure, depends how it works out. Graeme sings and plays accoustic guitar, bass and bazouki and is well used to having melodeon and English concertina playing alongside but would welcome other instruments. He lives in Bedfordshire and feels that someone within a reasonable distance would be most suited.
If you'd like to know more you can contact Graeme using the details from the
Life and Times website or PM me your details and I'll put you in touch.
