Here's my version of this, played on a one-row Robert Boutet box in D

I've gone for a 3 part version, not necessarily *the* 3 part version though. Altered it a bit to make it fit on a 1 row, because the accidentals in the original 3rd part is I believe impossible on a 1 row - you need G#.
