Steierische x3
« on: June 09, 2009, 11:48:25 AM »

Found this recently and thought it might appeal to the Um Pah Pah fans. The player is Toni Bartl (1996 World Champion Diatonic Accordeon player). He plays three melodies at the same time, one on the treble end with his fingers, one on the treble end with his thumb and one on the bass end.

The Alpine answer to Tony Hall!  I wonder if he does cartoons too?

Tony Bartl doesn't do cartoons as far as I know but he's main activities at the moment revolve around home made instruments, he uses car parts, kitchen utensils, rubbish etc. So here's my favourite "the car Horn piano"

Much prefer it to the overloaded Steierische melodies.
