I don't know the tune - I suspect it's a modern composition - but I do like the unintentional pun in the caption: "Stunning drone footage"........

Among others, Saltarelle Pastourelle II D/G; Hohner 4-stop 1-rows in C & G; assorted Hohners; 3-voice German (?) G/C of uncertain parentage; lovely little Hlavacek 1-row Heligonka; B♭/E♭ Koch. Newly acquired G/C Hohner Viktoria. Also Fender Jazz bass, Telecaster, Stratocaster, Epiphone Sheraton, Charvel-Jackson 00-style acoustic guitar, Danelectro 12-string and other stuff..........

I wonder if it is one of Kathryn Tickell's compositions; it sounds a bit like her band and her style of playing.
It was a bit unsettling hearing the Northumbrian Small Pipes but the shot showing the piper playing the Highland Pipes at the same time.  ::)

Any ideas where it is? Is it a border river - it might explain the meeting of 2 pipes traditions.

It is, according to the caption in the film, The Union bridge over the river Tweed.
