Hohner Super Suisse
« on: October 05, 2016, 08:43:27 AM »

Hello All, New to the forum.  I just bought a Hohner Super-Suisse iv. I can find no information whatever on the net. Can any one share any knowlege of this beast and it's quirks? I normally play a G/D Salterelle, so it will be a different playing experience I'm sure.

I'd strongly suspect these were probably made by "Accordina Inc." (Hohner's Swiss subsidiary Accordina AG, of Bolligen, Bern), who also made Hohner's Amatonas, Gaelics and postwar Club IIIM models, and some PAs and 1600s too, to a high standard.

Accordina AG has since become Hohner-Sonor AG, and the firm is still based in Bolligen, Bern.
