Personal message
« on: November 17, 2016, 09:26:04 AM »

Hi, I don't think that my personal messages are working, or at least, messages that I have tried to send don't show in sent items. Any suggestions?

Under the preferences tab, there a tick box labelled "Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default."

If it's not ticked, they won't get saved. I've been caught out that way too.

1. Go to your Profile tab (blue bar just below the banner)

2. From the panel on the LH side, under 'Modify Profile', choose 'Personal Messaging'.

3. You will see a set of options for Personal Messages. One of these is:
"Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default."
Ensure the check-box is ticked, then click on the 'Change Profile' button on the lower right of the dialogue box.

Edit:
Anahata posted his reply at the same time!  (:)
