Hernando's Hideaway on the DG
« on: January 30, 2017, 03:19:04 PM »

Hi,

I figured this tango out over the weekend.  I know "smiley" did a version on the CF a few years back.

My version needs a B major or B5 chord plus accidentals.

I use the bass buttons to play the "castanets"! ;)

An interesting project!

Lovely! A friend of mine used this tune to sing "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening," by Robert Frost. A 40 year ear worm for me!

That's a nice 'blast from the past' - good to see another version played on melodeon. More tangos please!

Most enjoyable video. I wonder if you will inspire any bandoneon players  to swith to melodeon.

I think I'm starting to get most of the notes in roughly the right order...... sometimes!

Very convincing, wasn't expecting this to be so on a melodeon.
