Need tune for "mini-stradella" layout

Hello all.
This is the bass side for one of the Saltarelle GC# templates. 
Are there any particular (easy) tunes that I might try or does one just work it out for "any" GC tune?
I am wanting to try it with Paolo Soprani voice so, thinking a Scottish tune would be super.
