My Walters D/C# LLMM, takes about 90 seconds to extend out if held by the keyboard. The valves are not curled but I did find when I first got it that I ran out of air playing in G with 4 reeds. These days I have got used to gulping air in the right places and its not a problem.

So when playing some tunes I get to far out with bellows mostly G tunes, not a problem on my other boxes.
Advice please

That's my old red O'Byrne DeWitt one isn't it?

I don't remember any particular problem with it, but I wonder if it could do with the hole for the wind key enlarging? It was a bit of a problem with my 4-voice Casali, which had a large square pallet over a not-so-large round hole, so I started off by squaring the round hole, which was an improvement, and subsequently rounded off the square hole - it works a treat now!  :||:

Yes that's the one, could be me more than the box. I mostly play my one rows and this box ( when I pick it up ) may just need more work with less bass and bellow use when playing on the pull. Also I assume curled valves aren't helping.
The bass buttons on these boxes as you know have shared pallet holes and reeds for bass. So push one bass button and lift three pallets with each having it's own spring, but two pallet levers sit on top of the third. The bass buttons when released can be loud,  seems like three springs are to much?
Can this be adjusted? Maybe I could lose the one under.

Funny when looking around inside I noticed that all parts had 191 number but bass reed blocks 190.

Mine has 202 all over the place (even on the bass strap!).  Scott Bellinger has a video of #213:

I wonder how many were actually made...

These are factory batch numbers used to keep all the parts together for one instrument.

Yes that was my point.
Seems like all parts where number 191 for the batch/ unit #
And bass block is not the same number 190
How often did parts get mixed up ? Or maybe this happen later?

Oh, I see.  Having first seen it stamped on the faceplate, I thought it was a serial number.
