Knurled screw for paolo soprani grill

Anyone know where one of these can be gotten?  Would be nice to match the existing one, but could get something functional from the local hardware store if nec.  Thanks.

I got one very similar for my Dino from Charlie Marshall. It appears there may be only a few variants in use, it matched perfectly.

Sounds close. You probably won't use the brass bit, instead you'll probably leave it lying around for ages trying to think of a use for it.
