Jolly Beggarman - Here played by Ed Rennie, this is (I believe according to my limited musical knowledge) a delightful exercise in mixolydian key playing; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwHTCqG_5MQ

Reel Beatrice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgaNbSof7Mc ; Reel Béatrice, a composition by Jos Bouchard from Charlevoix in Quebec. Quite a well known tune, quite complex, and in many parts - so you could do as simple or as complex a version as you wish.
