The Rope Waltz and The Market Rasen Quickstep
« on: April 18, 2017, 09:04:13 AM »

Two more tunes from last week's workshop played at tempo and slowly for learning:

The Market Rasen Quickstep: https://youtu.be/uO3r4YrBGYc

The Orkney Rope Waltz, with some fairly advanced melodeon wheezes at the end. I'm thinking I should do another video about playing in octaves, thirds and the rest: https://youtu.be/e9qKm-gtRbc

Have fun... Gavin

It's just a reflection on his playing style.

the buttons are the right way round treble on right bass on left. However me being a luddite when it comes to digital technology I wasn't aware that the camera/laptop was set up to do it arse upards or whatever until somebody showed me how to change the setting - but by then it was too late!

If anyone here is thinking of joining us (the dates are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays for most of the year), the tunes for the 26th April Horsmonden workshop are online now!
