Uploading Streb layouts

Hello Steve (and/or members more literate than me which is probably everyone):
Is there a way to upload a custom treble **.etl file to the Streb so that it changes all of the existing treble layouts of all the existing 8 patches, but does not change anything else? 
And if it's possible to do this, will it leave each patch in its existing defined key?
