Sold!! From the Netherlands a lovely Karel van der Leeuw melodeon, C/F tuning Dutch system (with turned fifth button), in very good condition, with a case and straps.

I'm unsure what a 'turned fifth button' means? Is this like a 'club' system, same note in as out?  Looks very nice.

It means that the reedplate of the fifth button on the F-row is flipped (turned) over, resulting in a pull C-note and a push D-note.
