its too hot at the moment....I'm going to end up with my melodeon sliding all over the place the amount I'm sweating.

Surely, as a young lady, you glow, only pigs sweat   ;D

At the office in Guildford, you would sometimes get an inky black sky, and pouring with rain on one side, and bright blue sky and sunshine the other.

Utah Phillips said "on your first day at the new job, inquire as to the termination date...so you'll have something to look forward to..."

Now, if you'd followed U's advice, you might not now be perturbed over an inky sky on one side, and a blue sky on the other..

A watched thread never gets posted on....as soon as I click the notify button the replied stop...I -un-notify and posts start...odd that.

A related phenomenon exists in interpersonal dynamics where one's appeal is inversely proportional to one's perceived "availablility": when one is "spoken for" or otherwise appears or perhaps is genuinely disinerested, one is generally more attractive to the opposite sex.

This same theory may be applied elsewhere in life, for example: rid yourself of all functional melodeons and you can then brag about being the best player around.  Or, conversely, if pursuing musical proficiency (or interpersonal appeal), play your melodeon as often as possible...

This is disgusting! I've been away at Sidmouth for only three days and I've already missed FIVE whole pages on this thread (if it is thus) ! I've got withdrawal symptoms!   :o  :||:

No. It is just a typical female trait.

*That should get this thread up to at least twenty pages*

He won't need them if he posts comments like that on the general Internet! Luck to survive with his bollocks bellows intact, I'd say.

Women always tell us that men can't multitask.
As "Why can't I concentrate?! I keep skipping and missing details." is the result of multitasking, we men are glad we can't?  ;D

Luckily my melodeon playing is improving, unlike my speling.  :-[

Aaaww ... you're no fun!  ;D  ???  ;D (I think that's the correct emote grammar, but our suzeraine will no doubt help if I'm wrong).

Anyone here agree that mashed potatoes, baked beans and two lightly poached eggs is a good start to a day of festival sessioning?

Sorry mate,  but you've spelt fart wrongly

Thanks for that, spelling has always been a problem. Glad that you spotted the error.
