Hot glue is good stuff!

earlier thread details, (too much information!) deleted. It is enough to say that late last night, I re-seated some existing hot- glued pallets on a melodeon with the very careful use of fire embers.
Shoot me down for my reckless behaviour. Got away with it.

Tried hot glue (from gun) when my pallets moved. The repair was less permanent than expected
