Moon is shining brightly ?

Can anyone help me with abc for this please ? Then has gone completely from  my memory, a recording would be nice too (:)

I think you may be thinking of the poem - 'The Moon is Shining Clear' by RL Stevenson, which Alan Reid from the Battlefield Band set to music (and added a chorus I think). They recorded it on a CD shining Clear. It used to be played quite a lot in The Radway. I haven't got the tune, but see this link for the song - https://mudcat.org/thread.cfm?threadid=20307#1381139

Hi Hugh,
I had no idea about any words, but you’re right about the tune being played a lot in the Radway, Chris often played it.  As mentioned above I found the dots in Hardcore English book and then also found a version of it being played in 1998 at ECMW.
