Help me with Dino Baffetti tribute?
« on: March 16, 2018, 12:41:28 AM »

Hey, folks, I want to put together a Dino Baffetti tribute on my blog. As was reported here earlier, the maestro has passed away. I would like to share video of many people playing Baffetti boxes. So, if you own a Baffetti and want to point me to a video that I can include on my post I would most appreciate it.

Thanks
Gary

Anahata and pikey play one in some of their videos you could pm them to see about use.
I can't think of others but I'm sure more here do play Dino's.

I would think if a video is in the public domain its ok to use but I could be wrong about that.
Maybe not if you were looking to make a profit which I don't think is the case here.

Quite a bit of Tex mex on YouTube and for sale stuff so you would have to search to get what you need.

Good luck

I would think Ian Dedic is another good exponent, showing the considerable effect Dino's have on morris over here - 'weapon of choice' for many.

I think I'm starting to get most of the notes in roughly the right order...... sometimes!

Jim Sawyer, with Customs and Exiles... or Smiffs. Or if you are lucky, you might find a video from somewhere with all (3+!) of the smiffs musicians playing them!

DB are definitely the box of choice in C&E - I think at the last count there were 3 Bincis, 2 Carnivals and a Super 2 amongst members.  There are plenty of videos online, here are a few:
