The benefits of S L O W practice....

I came across this article today, which I think makes a lot of sense. Written for classical guitarists but obviously applies to all instrumentalists.

Excellent article - I know that I benefit greatly from deliberately slowing down and disengaging that muscle memory. This article certainly applies to box players. Thanks for sharing!
