Just bumping up the topic to include the use of the F bass of a G/C box against a RH "B" note (or various paired notes/triads of a B7) to insert a B7b5(/F) into a progression, especially when resolving to some form of E.

This came up as a friend and I were wood-shedding Andy Cuttings "Flatworld" on our 21/8 boxes.  Fun.
