Yes, I've had them, and the model with half-a-dozen smaller horns. They made harmonicas with horns too.

Here's another Hohner "Echophone" (to give it its official name - I suspect the eBay seller made-up the "Orchestra Model" one), only in much better condition, that belongs to my friend Caroline Hunt and her Antique Accordion Museum, Scotland:


I've had them myself in the past too.
