Tone Dumb Greg:
I have suddenly started getting messages saying logins to mel.net are not secure. Has something changed?

Well, judging by the fact that the website you mentioned calls itself "Melbourne Based Business Network" and has "The Mean Kitty Song" linked on it, I'm wondering why you'd assume that it is safe at all?  ???

Futile attempt to show needless signs of humour aside: my logins work perfectly fine. Maybe clean up your browser cache/cookies. Could be something messed up in there. And always make sure that you're on the correct website, of course.  ;)

Tone Dumb Greg:
I'm using the same link I've always used.

Wondering if it's because it is http not https?
It's Firefox that gives me the message. I changed my password to a unique one so it shouldn't matter if it's hacked. Just don't know why it's doing it.

Tone Dumb Greg:
Added an s to the address. That seems to have sorted it.
Still don't know what changed, though.

Anahata:
Maybe Firefox updated itself. I think FF and Chrome are both getting gradually more sniffy about unencrypted sites, and where logins and passwords are concerned, it really should be https.

There's no excuse for not uing secure links now we can get it free using Letsencrypt.
